What is the refund policy?:  Customers can cancel a reservation before the rental items are delivered to the designated location due to rain or strong winds faster than 25 miles per hour (mph).  Dallas Party Rentals will refund your payment when the situation is related to rain/25+ mph winds or reschedule based upon availability of the rental items.    There is a 30% cancellation fee. You wil be charged a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel at any time after making your reservation and the reason is not related to rain showers. There is a 100% cancellation fee if you cancel the day of your event and it is not related to rain/25+ mph winds.  In winter weather, insure that you are fine with cold weather before you make your reservation.  Winter weather exceptions for cancellations would be considered by Dallas Party Rentals in cases of black ice or extreme snow. 

When do you deliver and pick-up?:  We will deliver your items before your event starts.  We schedule your delivery at least 1 hour before your event begins and call you when we are ready to deliver.  We pick your rental items up after your event is complete or the following morning, if applicable.  Customer can specify special delivery instructions.  There are extra fees for special delivery instructions.  For example, we charge a $50 fee if your require that we pick up items after 10pm.

When will service be provided?: Services will be provided within 30 days of when the transaction is placed.

 Is your website secure/safe for processing credit card/personal information?:  Yes, we use the highest encryption available with 128b.  Visitors will be able to see a lock icon on the lower right corner of their screen to ensure the screen they are on is safe.

Is electricity required for the bounce houses or concession equipment? Yes, electricity is required in order for these items to operate.  Please ensure that items are plugged into a dedicated outlet.  If a breaker turns off automatically, reset breaker and plug into a stronger/dedicated outlet.  Dallas Party Rentals is not responsible for power arrangements at customer's residence.  Older homes can have difficulties with power.  Recommended that items be plugged into a dedicated 20amp electrical plug.  A power generator is not provided.  Customer must provide generator or ask if generator can be provided for a fee.

Do you disinfect the units?:  Yes, inflatable units are vaccumed and disinfected.  Concession machines are also cleaned and disinfected.

Do the inflatables and rentals require adult supervision?:  Yes, lessee or adult is required to supervise the children at their event.
