This tent is great for medium sized events. Great for shading against the sun or rain. You should be able to fit 6 tables and 50 chairs comfortable depending on how you arrange it. Can be set up on grass or concrete. Let us know if you are setting up on concrete so that we can use sandbags/barrels. Also, ask for sidewalls if you need any at NO additional cost at this time.
